We want you to enjoy the products that you buy from us as much as we enjoy making them. However, as with all things shopping online there may be an occasion where the perfect piece of furniture on this website, does not look quite so perfect when it arrives in your home.
This is a just a part of internet shopping and so as with all good online retailers who care about their customers, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or credit note towards a further purchase.
The only things we ask are that the item is retuned to us in as new condition, and that you take care of the shipping costs back to our warehouse. Where the item is large and potentially very expensive to ship back just give us a call and we will work out a way of getting it back to us on the back of a delivery to another customer in your area.
Broken Or Damaged Items
All items delivered by our own drivers will reach you in perfect condition. However, with items delivered by courier companies we are at the mercy of their drivers and with the best will in the World, they will occasionally damage a piece of furniture on route. We ask that you have a good look at the furniture before you sign for it and if you are not happy with it in anyway refuse delivery. Then let us know immediately what the problem was and we will get a new piece out to the same day.
If you do not see a problem until after the driver has left, or if a piece of furniture develops a problem at a later date, then just get in touch via the normal channels and we will quickly arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We will treat you like we expected to be treated ourselves, and we have very high expectations, please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have a problem.
